• Email address: during authorization via Google or Apple (for authorization via Apple, User has an option to mask the email, then the email will be unidentifiable to anyone except Apple) or Contact Form submit.
• First name and last name (only for authorization via Google)
• Face data (Uploaded Images)
• Generated Images
• App usage information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide you with the functionality of our Product, such as AI generated images.
• Email address: To identify User in our system and restrict User's access only to his images. The authorization happens via Google or Apple, we do not store any passwords or any other account information apart from email.
• Email address: To communicate with User such as by sending feedback requests or answering to User's requests.
• Uploaded images & Generated images: We collect the images you upload for the purpose of training our AI model to be able to produce highly realistic pictures of User. Your AI image generations are stored in our Google Cloud (Google Cloud Storage is a secure and reliable cloud storage service that encrypts your data at rest and in transit) and accessible strictly solely to User in User's account. Other Users do not have access to your uploaded images or your AI generated images. We only use these images to provide our service to you. We do not use these images for any other purpose.
• App usage information: We collect certain usage information such interactions with app: likes, shares and image downloads. It is needed to improve your user experience and our product features such as photoshoot styles to have understanding which photoshoot styles work better or worse. We do not share this information with any service.

• We use Google Cloud Storage and Cloudflare to store photos of User on our behalf. Google Cloud Storage is a secure and reliable cloud storage service that encrypts your data at rest and in transit. We do not allow any unauthorized person access or modify the data stored in our Cloud. We do not share your photos or any other personal information with any other third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights and interests. You can access, delete, or download your photos at any time through our services. You can also contact us if you have any questions or requests regarding your data. We encrypt requests with the transcribed text using HTTPS before sending them and from Cloudflare to the final destination. • We may share Your images strictly only with Your consent.

• Our app uses advanced AI (artificial intelligence) algorithms to generate highly realistic pictures of you based on your uploaded selfies. To do this, we need to collect and process 10-15 your selfies that relate to your face appearance. This data is used only for your customized AI model to learn on them and be able to create the pictures that you request. We do not use this data to identify you or to share it with anyone else. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can access your data at any time and send us delete request anytime.
• We do not utilize any face recognition, biometric templates, or any other regulated technologies in our Services. These are not allowed in our app. We follow the relevant laws and rules that apply to the use of facial information (hereinafter referred to as “Face Data”). Our goal is to respect and protect your privacy and comply with the legal and ethical standards of our app.
• We only use the specific images that you select to use with our app. We do not access your photo albums even if you give us permission to do so. The Face Data is only used to provide you with the function of the app, i.e. generated AI images of youself.
• We use the collected face data to provide you with a unique and personalized service that allows you to generate realistic pictures of yourself based on your preferences. To do this, we use advanced AI algorithms that learn from your Face Data and create a customized AI model for you that would generate the pictures that you request. We do not use your face data for any other purpose or for any other user. We ensure appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Your face data, customized AI model and generated images are stored securely on our Google Cloud Storage and Cloudflare and is accessible only to you through your account. No one else can access or use your data. Google Cloud Storage and Cloudflare are secure and reliable storage services that encrypt your data at rest and in transit. • You can send us the request to delete it anytime and we will promptly delete your face data, your customized AI model and generated images. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
• We keep your Face Data for as long as necessary to provide you with the functionality of our Product and services, or as required by law. Your Face Data remain accessible to you in the application in your account at any time until you decide to delete them.

• We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We always encrypt using HTTPS all data we transfer over the Internet. We also limit the access to your data to our employees, contractors, and agents who need it to perform their duties for us. They are bound by confidentiality obligations and may face disciplinary action or termination if they fail to comply with them.

• We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide you with the functionality of our Product and services, or as required by law. We delete your data when you request us to do so.
• You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
